Job OverviewTechnical Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive architectural strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical excellence.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, making informed decisions on technology stacks and design approaches.
  • Establish governance processes for architecture review and lifecycle management.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams to drive innovation and growth.
  • Translate business requirements into high-performing, scalable solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • Communicate architecture strategies effectively across stakeholders, fostering collaboration and understanding.
Team Development and Leadership
  • Mentor and guide the architecture team, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Align team resources with organizational priorities and key projects, ensuring optimal performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in software architecture; 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in enterprise-scale application design and architectural governance.
  • Strong knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Solid experience with cloud platforms (especially Azure; AWS/GCP a plus).
  • TOGAF or similar certification preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile and digital transformation practices.
