Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to lead our brand strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.


The Brand Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying target audiences, and creating effective brand strategies that align with our overall company vision. They will also work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive brand guidelines, messaging, and visual assets.


In addition, the Brand Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch analysis. They will work closely with merchandising teams to develop product assortments that align with brand strategies and consumer preferences.


The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and train sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. They will also be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a sense of urgency and follow-through.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and sales
  • Proficient computer skills - MS Applications
  • Good oral and written communication
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and attention to detail and accuracy
