Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Real Estate Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and coordination skills, experience in rent collection and property transactions, and proficiency in managing vendor relationships and payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with tenants and address their inquiries
  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Manage leases and ensure tenant compliance
  • Perform financial management tasks, including rent collections and accounts payable/receivable
  • Market and advertise properties to attract new tenants
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Enter data for property transactions and manage bills for payment
  • Invoice clients and follow up on payments
  • Process payroll for maintenance technicians
  • Manage relationships with vendors

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in rent collection, invoicing, and property transactions
  • Marketing skills to attract tenants
  • Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and payroll processing
