The position involves providing clinical expertise in various areas, including:

  • Clinical Interface/Liaison (resolving issues concerning members, benefit interpretation, program definition)
  • Clinical Operations Analysis (monitoring and analyzing medical management activities; providing analytical support)
  • Clinical Training (planning, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating clinical training)
  • Clinical Writing (writing nursing tools and reference information)
  • Clinical Program Management (developing, implementing, and managing clinical programs)

To excel in this role, you must possess:

  • PHRN licensure with 1+ years hospital experience
  • Basic knowledge of clinical theories, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to perform routine or structured work
  • Ability to respond to routine requests
  • Ability to use existing procedures and facts to solve problems or conduct analyses
