Job Title: Interior Space Design Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Interior Space Design Coordinator to facilitate our interior design projects. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with external ID consultants, project development group, and other departments to ensure timely completion of design deliverables. They will review documents, manage consultant's timeliness, and perform other duties assigned by their immediate supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate design coordination meetings with external ID consultants, project development group, and other departments.
  • Review interior design deliverables submitted by external ID consultants for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage ID consultant's timeliness in providing design deliverables.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Interior Designer.
  • 4 years or more work experience in a Project/Design Management field.
  • Leadership experience handling 1 or more designer/s.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp.
