Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and market trends to drive sales growth.
Nurture and expand existing relationships with valued clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring long-term partnership success.
Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet client needs, resulting in increased revenue and expanded market share.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of products and services, fostering strong working relationships and driving mutual growth.
Stay up-to-date on industry developments, competitor analysis, and market trends, providing valuable insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2 to 3 years of previous experience as Sales Executive or as Business Development Executive.
Previous experience with B2B CRMs like Hubspot, Salesforce, or Equivalent.
Experience with FMCG industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
