About this role
This is a Business Intelligence Analyst position where you will be working closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, process and analyze data, and create self-service dashboards that drive initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Analysis: Translate business requirements into actionable insights by analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns, trends, and correlations.
- BI Product Development: Develop and maintain data models, automation, reports, and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with stakeholders to gather information, present findings/proposals, and answer clarifying questions.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date documentation on the team's data products.
- Experience in reporting, Business Intelligence, data analysis, or a similar position with an operations focus.
- Proficiency with SQL, Business Intelligence tools, or Python for developing data models, automation, and dashboards. Tableau experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform business statistics (e.g., descriptive statistics and statistical inference).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for both business and technical stakeholders.
- A curious mindset with an inquisitive approach to problem-solving.
- Openness to learning and a proactive effort to expand knowledge and skills.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously.
