Transforming Insights into Strategic Action

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to assume key responsibilities in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy reporting solutions and interactive dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Write and optimize complex queries using SQL to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions for various reports and business processes.
  • Perform deep-dive analysis on business data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by developing and maintaining data quality processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A solid understanding of SQL, including experience with relational databases and database normalization.
  • Proven proficiency in building reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Expertise in writing complex queries and using various reporting and analysis tools.
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of pivot tables, macros, and advanced formulas.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Goal-oriented, action-focused, and a collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business intelligence or data analysis role.
