Construction Project Coordinator Role
This key position plays a vital part in the success of multiple construction projects. As the liaison between architects, expediters, drafters, and other professionals, you will be responsible for ensuring project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Follow up with architects, drafters, and expediters to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and monitor project filings, permits, and approval processes.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
- Serve as the main point of contact for various project stakeholders.
- Anticipate potential project delays and proactively address them.
- Proven experience as a Construction Secretary or Project Manager.
- A solid understanding of construction processes and terminology.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- The ability to multitask and manage timelines independently.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, organization, and communication. They should be well-versed in the construction industry and able to work effectively in a remote setting.
