Job Title: Senior Development Manager

This position requires a strong background in project management, architecture, construction management, or building management. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple properties at different stages of development from construction to fully furnished and operational ensuring that necessary maintenance and operational tasks are completed efficiently acting as a liaison between contractors vendors and property stakeholders.

The position involves:

  • Overseeing and coordinating maintenance and surveillance of properties.
  • Managing properties at different stages of development.
  • Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards for property maintenance and safety.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues keen attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure proficiency in project management tools and software is an added advantage.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can develop and implement best practices in building management provide regular updates and reports on project status and property conditions.
