Job Title: Master Construction Designer

Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented designer to create precise construction drawings, specifications, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit.
  • Prepare accurate construction detailing and spec sheets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
  • Revise and update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
  • Maintain project documentation for efficient access and reference.
  • Conduct quality checks on drafting work to ensure precision and compliance with design intent.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architectural Drafting, Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience using Revit for drafting and detailing.
  • Extensive experience in construction detailing and preparing spec sheets.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other drafting tools such as AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with project management software for tracking design progress.
  • Familiarity with sustainable design and green building practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
