Job Title: Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with extensive backgrounds in quantity surveying, architecture, and project management, particularly with knowledge of the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preconstruction activities including takeoff, estimates, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.
  • Technical oversight of project execution, ensuring seamless integration of all construction processes.
  • Reviewing plans and proposing value-engineered alternatives to optimize project efficiency.
  • Contract setup and post-contract project management, focusing on successful project delivery.
  • Handover processes, operation and maintenance, services, utilities, building control, and warranty management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design principles.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for effective liaison with clients, contractors, and team members.
