Advanced Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an advanced technical support specialist to join our Corporate IT team and provide expert-level assistance to our growing global user base.
This role involves providing escalated troubleshooting, maintaining operational continuity across systems, hardware, and software platforms, and collaborating with Tier 1 support, system administrators, and other IT functions to ensure efficient issue resolution and user satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be able to juggle multiple requests, and prioritize appropriately to resolve complex technical issues independently.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Experience supporting and managing IAM platforms such as Okta, including Universal Directory, SSO, MFA, and application assignments.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Microsoft 365, Intune MDM, Kandji, Microsoft Exchange, GSuite, Atlassian Jira/Confluence, Zoom, and Slack.
- Solid understanding of SAML, SCIM, and OAuth-based application integrations.
- Ability to troubleshoot macOS, Windows 10/11, and Linux environments.
- Working knowledge of system provisioning, OS configuration, and patch management.
