Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICT solution design, with expertise in network, carriage, and security technology. As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and pricing innovative solutions that meet customer needs.

  • You will engage directly with customers to understand their business drivers, technical environments, and strategic goals.
  • Translate customer requirements into scalable, standardized solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations to articulate solution value and alignment with customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and price solutions using approved architectures and pricing models.
  • Develop detailed solution documentation, including technical workbooks and quotes for assigned sales channels.
  • Provide technical leadership throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ICT solution design or architecture roles is required.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, Engineering, or equivalent industry certifications are preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of network, carriage, and security technology is essential.
