Job Title: Handover Coordinator

The primary role of the Handover Coordinator is to facilitate a seamless transition process for buyers. This involves collaborating with various stakeholders, preparing units for inspection, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Qualify units for handover by ensuring they meet cleanliness, completeness, and functionality standards.
  • Prepare and provide detailed handover reports and other related submissions.
  • Coordinate unit buyers with Property Administration and facilitate communication with clients.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls regarding handover concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by management or leadership.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
