Job Description

The Crew Rostering department plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our flight crew. Our team is responsible for creating crew routes, handling crew roster preparation, and releasing it on time to the flight crew members.

Our primary objective is to support attaining departmental responsibility by providing complete and qualified crew members to all published flights of the company.

We strive to optimize delivery of Supervised Line Flying to all pilots and maximize Training Resources.

Additionally, we manage the crew roster from publication until handover to Crew Control, ensuring all flights are completely manned during its scope of responsibility.
