The Compliance Analyst will demonstrate a deep understanding of our culture and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain ongoing oversight over compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual, and risk management requirements and reporting (ROC & SOC)
  • Assist in developing and maintaining compliance processes and checklists across regions
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements to ensure alignment
  • Support various departments and business units through participation in working committees and test groups as required
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites to monitor and report on performance
  • Analyze new legislation to determine its impact on risk exposure and ensure coordinated compliance activities
Requirements:
  • University Degree and 5 years relevant experience
  • Experience in compliance and/or risk management/audit
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC
