Business Intelligence Developer Job

This role plays a pivotal part in advancing the company mission by spearheading ETL processes, report development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize business intelligence solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and readiness for analysis, transferring data to new formats, providing in-depth analyses and actionable insights based on data trends and patterns, communicating complex data in a simple, actionable way, collaborating with stakeholders in consolidating business requirements for report creation, automation, and analytics needs, designing and optimizing data pipelines with data engineers, leading the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration, developing sophisticated reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools, and enforcing comprehensive data governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Programming, Engineering, IT, or related disciplines
  • Expertise in Snowflake Data Warehouse, ETL, OLAP Cube, and Report design/development, and data modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, AWS Quicksight or similar
  • Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and ERD
  • Proficiency in Machine Learning and AI
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure data accuracy and readiness for analysis, transfer to new formats.

  3. Communicate complex data in a simple, actionable way.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders in consolidating business requirements for report creation, automation, and analytics needs.

  6. Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex ETL processes for large-scale data integration.
  7. Develop sophisticated reports and dashboards using advanced BI tools.
  8. Enforce comprehensive data governance policies, ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
