Job Title: Data Specialist/Executive Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Specialist/Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL or similar database tools, with a keen ability to analyze data, streamline workflows, and enhance existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, manage, and optimize complex datasets, transitioning them to SQL or other database platforms.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and areas for operational improvement.
  • Develop SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and organize data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Maintain database integrity, ensuring accuracy, security, and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, organizing documentation, and facilitating communication.
  • Assist in workflow automation, enhancing business processes through database-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL (or similar database tools) for data management and analysis.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and automation features.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve efficiently.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with QuickBooks for financial data management.
  • Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Asana or other project management tools.
  • Exposure to workflow automation and business process optimization.
  • Previous experience in an executive support role.
