Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented estimator to fill this key role. This individual will play a vital part in the success of our projects by accurately estimating costs and resources, with a strong focus on data management and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management & Project Coordination
    • Enter project data into our CRM system with precision and efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and project costs, including detailed analysis and reporting.
    • Organize and manage project documents, including plans, specifications, and proposals, ensuring seamless communication among team members.
  • Takeoffs & Estimation
    • Perform detailed takeoffs from blueprints and specifications, utilizing industry-standard software for calculations and quantity assessments.
    • Analyze project scope and identify potential risks, developing strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure successful project delivery.
    • Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop accurate cost estimates, leveraging expertise and knowledge to drive informed decision-making.
  • CRM Tool Utilization & Data Analysis
    • Effectively utilize CRM software to track leads and manage customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Generate reports and analyze data to improve estimating accuracy, informing strategic business decisions and driving organizational success.
Qualifications
  • Experience with construction estimating software (e.g., Square Takeoff).
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Clickapp, Joist).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
