Job Description

As a detail-oriented and proactive administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential support in running projects and initiatives. This includes managing user access requests, maintaining category trees, supporting the lifecycle of active strategies, coordinating central uploads of spend data, and following up on Management Information (MI) data requests.

You will also be responsible for managing and maintaining SharePoint sites and internal landing pages, as well as scheduling and logistical coordination across global teams.

Additionally, you will track and monitor operational deliverables and timelines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong Digital Literacy: Ability to work with collaborative platforms and tools
  • Administrative Experience: 2–3 years of relevant work experience in a project management or operational support role
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Communication and Coordination Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Remote Work Experience: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
