The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions. They will also maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions.
  3. Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
  4. Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary.
  6. Strive to exceed customer satisfaction goals and performance metrics.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
  8. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Starters or adapters are welcome to apply BPO experience is a plus.
  • Good communication skills.
  • WFH Capable – Dual monitor, at least i5 processor, at least Windows 10, at least 50 mbps internet connection, USB-headset, camera.
  • Amenable for a WFH set-up.
  • Possess computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone.
