Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in sales or customer success, including account management, customer success development, and call center development.
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills, with the ability to handle complex initiatives and optimize workflows.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement, with proficiency in spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
