Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Editor with expertise in User-Generated Content (UGC) and motion graphics to create high-converting video ads for social media platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Create 15-30 new video ads per week, ensuring a consistent flow of fresh content for testing and optimization.
  • Maintain an editing time of 1-2 hours per video, balancing speed with high-quality output.
  • Efficiently repurpose existing content, UGC, stock footage, and brand assets to maximize creative output.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze ad performance metrics, and use insights to improve creatives. They will also be comfortable working with AI-powered localization tools to ensure international reach.

Requirements
  • Expert-level video editing and motion graphics skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar editing tools.
  • Strong command of fast-paced editing techniques, including pattern interrupts, seamless transitions, and visual effects.
  • Experience with UGC editing and familiarity with AI-based editing tools and automation techniques.
  • Deep knowledge of high-performing ad structures and social platform formats.
  • Ability to create mobile-optimized videos and attention-grabbing headlines.
  • Data-driven iteration and testing skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality control.
