We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Social Media Content Creator.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to contribute to the success of our marketing efforts. As a Social Media Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and drives business results.

You will work closely with our internal design teams, external partners, and performance marketers to develop a deep understanding of our brand and create content that meets our strategic objectives.

Your mission will be to deliver high-quality content that fuels our growth and drives engagement across various social media platforms, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to brief and request static and video assets for paid campaigns
  • Source, brief, and manage user-generated content (UGC) creators and agencies to deliver fresh content daily
  • Translate campaign objectives into clear creative briefs that drive measurable outcomes
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of performance-ready creatives across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to review creative performance and iterate quickly
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3–5 years of experience in content management or marketing
  • Proven experience producing UGC-led video ads in partnership with creators or agencies
  • Strong understanding of paid platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok) and what makes content convert
  • Strong project management skills; comfortable managing multiple creative streams at once
  • Data-driven with a keen eye for performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversion)
