What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Computer Technician or in a similar technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing a wide range of computer-related issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Certifications in CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Office Specialist are highly desirable
