Job Title: Key Data Capture Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous Key Data Capture Specialist to support our team in capturing traffic accident information. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data into our system following specific keying instructions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Follow set instructions and processes to complete work tasks efficiently.
  2. Identify and assess problems using standard procedures and make sound decisions.
  3. Perform routine tasks under supervision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  4. Work in a concentrated environment with high levels of focus and productivity.
  5. Understand how your assigned duties relate to others in the team and contribute to the overall success.
  6. Maintain basic computer application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet).
  7. Other similar tasks may be assigned based on business needs.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or 2 years completed in College.
  2. Minimum typing speed of 45 Words Per Minute with an accuracy of 90%.
  3. Ability to follow compliance requirements for data and information security.
  4. English communication skills not necessary but beneficial.
  5. Willingsness to work flexible/rotating schedules including weekends as per business needs.
