ABA Data Entry Specialist

This role involves accurately capturing and recording behavioral data into the CentralReach platform, ensuring timely documentation for client progress and reporting.

  • Capture ABA session data into CentralReach with precision and consistency
  • Review and validate data for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA standards
  • Collaborate with clinicians and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies
  • Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with CentralReach, specifically in ABA data entry
  • Familiarity with ABA terminology and treatment plans
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written communication skills

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and have a strong understanding of CentralReach and ABA principles. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with clinicians and supervisors.

Key responsibilities include reviewing and validating data, collaborating with clinicians, and maintaining confidentiality. The successful candidate will have excellent written communication skills and be able to work independently.
