About the role

This is a full-time remote data capturer role at Metod Kitchen Installations' office in Sydney, NSW. As a Data Capturer, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating customer and project information into the company's database to support the smooth running of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Importing files from Beehiive to Onedrive and Aroflo
  2. Importing all elevant data into aroflo
  3. Implementing AI into the business
  4. Working on IKEA - Trades system like Beehiive
  5. Checking all relevant data is downloaded and in aroflo
  6. Booking in Jobs on Arolfo and with clients
  7. 3 days prior to starting checking over the jobs to make sure all data with client is up to date

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent data entry and typing skills with high accuracy
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
  3. Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Aroflo, Excell
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  6. Prior experience in a data entry or administrative role is preferred
