Job Title: Business & Quality Analyst (Insurance / Financial Exp) - WFH / Midshift

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in data systems and management, with a strong analytical and problem-solving skill set.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse the current and future business environment and systems landscape.
  • Gather and document business and client project requirements, capturing context, current state, desired outcomes, and objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that are clear, unambiguous, and suitable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present detailed requirements to stakeholders to obtain consensus and buy-in.
  • Review and evaluate proposed solutions for alignment with business and customer needs, highlighting key risks.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Analysis, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data systems and management.
  • Proven success in business and quality analysis roles involving complex project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing abilities at all organisational levels.
