Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Hospitality Ambassador at Primover Consultancy Services, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an upscale atmosphere that exceeds customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance the ambiance of our establishment, ensuring a high level of sophistication and elegance.
  • Sell and promote products effectively, focusing on upselling and suggestive selling techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for both employees and customers.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, providing attentive and responsible service that builds loyalty and repeat business.
  • Deliver fine dining experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations, showcasing your knowledge of food, wine, and mixology.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on attention to detail and creativity.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm under pressure and adapting to changing situations.

In terms of compensation, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and takes into account the location of our establishment.
