At Tahj/Nsdmm Management, we are seeking a skilled Front Desk Officer to join our team. With frontline experience in a hotel or high-end residential building, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $40,000 - $60,000 based on industry standards and your level of experience.

Job Description
  • Providing exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors
  • Managing front desk operations, including checking-in and checking-out guests, handling inquiries, and resolving issues
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Frontline experience in a hotel or high-end residential building
  • Proven work or internship experience abroad
  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism, Mass Communications, or similar field
  • Personable and projects a professional image
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Mature, highly trainable, well-mannered, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
