About the Role

This is a unique chance to leverage your language skills, business acumen, and passion for marketing to make a lasting impact on our guests' lives. As a Bilingual Marketing Business/Player Development, you will be responsible for providing personalized service to our discerning patrons, identifying new business opportunities, and cultivating long-term relationships through targeted marketing campaigns and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to attract and retain premium players, fostering a loyal customer base and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of player requests, from transportation and dining arrangements to room accommodations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, gathering intelligence on market trends and rival casino events to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Pursue potential players through membership sign-ups, referrals, and targeted invitations to exclusive events and promotions.
  • Maintain professional relationships with high-value patrons, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A native-level proficiency in Korean and Japanese languages.
  • At least one year of experience in sales, including business development, with a strong track record of achieving targets and quotas.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • A strong command of the English language, both written and oral.
  • The willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
About the Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
