Data Services Representative Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Services Representative. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and contribute to achieving program goals and objectives in a fast-paced, creative, and high-performance environment.

This position offers a competitive salary package, including a base pay range of PHP 30,000 and a performance-based bonus of up to PHP 10,000. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with clients' Customer Success teams to understand their Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and create saved queries within provided databases to reflect this information.

The ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst, excellent English communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. They will also possess strong research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to think critically and technically.

In addition to these qualifications, the successful candidate will require a reliable laptop or desktop that meets certain minimum specifications, including a Core i5 processor or higher, 8GB of RAM or more, and a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 6 Mbps and upload speed of 6 Mbps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients' Customer Success teams to understand their Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
  • Create saved queries within provided databases to reflect ICP information
  • Review 'Preview Files' of data provided in saved queries
  • Confirm Titles and Companies align with Client ICP
  • Maintain documentation, tracking, and reporting for data provided
Requirements:
