About This Role:

The Data Operations Specialist serves as a pivotal link between data operations teams. In this role, you'll manage complex data tasks, mentor junior colleagues, and contribute to process improvements to ensure data accuracy and client satisfaction.

  • Oversee and execute intricate data manipulation tasks, adhering to established guidelines and best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on location data using proprietary tools, addressing advanced issues and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough audits on listing data to maintain precision and quality standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to develop, refine, and document best practices aimed at enhancing team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the growth of junior colleagues by sharing knowledge, providing guidance, and assisting in training initiatives.
  • Ensure timely completion of deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding service level agreements (SLAs) and personal performance targets.
