About This Role

This Financial Analyst position involves supporting cross-functional teams by organizing workflows, managing datasets, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in data analysis and financial modeling.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR)
  • Working closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time
  • Classifying and maintaining documentation to ensure accuracy, order, and accessibility
  • Supporting data analysis, reporting, and financial/operational modeling tasks
  • Helping enforce process and quality standards across teams
  • Taking ownership of routine administrative and follow-up tasks, freeing up senior team members for strategic work
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, or another analytical field
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as an analyst
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling)
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
