We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to international and local regulations, managing regulatory compliance tasks, and handling product quality complaints.

About the Job

The Quality & Compliance Lead will oversee the implementation of quality standards, regulatory requirements, and training development to ensure seamless operations in the pet food industry. This includes managing import and export permits, packaging reviews, Overseas Market Access Requirements, and ensuring industry standards and government regulations are met.

A key aspect of this role is working closely with the Sales team to support OEM operations, supplier accreditation, and regulatory matters. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Food Science or Regulatory Affairs, and at least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in food manufacturing or pet food industry.

Certification in HACCP, Food Safety, or equivalent is an advantage, as is excellent communication and analytical skills. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow professionally and contribute to the success of our organization.
