PURPOSE :

Charged with creating strategic blueprints for a portfolio of brands, with the objective of solidifying PWI's products as the top choice for consumers, ultimately driving sustained company growth.

Key responsibilities & duties:

  • Responsible for generating compelling consumer insight to develop winning strategies for brands vs competition.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet company goals, including brand growth, market share, and revenue targets.
  • Responsible for creating engaging brand experience through strong Big Ideas at relevant consumer touch points including consumer promotions by building the brand awareness and establishing brand presence in Philippines for Pet Food.
  • Plan and execute both online and physical events, such as roadshows, talks, exhibitions to enhance brand awareness.
  • Monitor and analyse brand performance, including competitive benchmarking through market research on customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Establish strong relationships with the E-comm Provider's Point of Contact to ensure seamless collaboration in E-commerce campaigns.

Utilize digital channels, including social media and email marketing, to enhance online visibility, engage customers, and drive conversions.
• Implement offline marketing strategies.

  • Provide creative ideas for brand content marketing and build engagement with community.
  • Handle and attend to Customer enquiries from all platforms.

Job Requirement:

  • Graduate of any Business Course but with preference to Marketing related courses.
  • At least 3- 5 yrs of experience with the focus on marketing, and advertising preferably gained from Pet industry or FMCG manufacturing industry.
  • With exposure with the following functionalities: Marketing Strategy Development/Project Management
    • Marketing research and Consumer Behavior's
  • Branding and positioning/ Brand Communication/ Digital Marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php75, Php85,000.00 per month
