This role is a key position in our organization, responsible for driving success across both clients and teams.

  • Lead direct video interactions with international clients to foster strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Build lasting partnerships with clients across global markets by identifying opportunities for growth and providing solutions to meet their evolving needs.

You will be at the forefront of revolutionizing virtual assistance services, leveraging your expertise to drive success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Success Management
    • Engage with international clients through video calls to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by monitoring feedback and proactively addressing concerns.
    • Develop solutions when clients face challenges with their virtual assistants.
    • Identify opportunities for clients to expand their virtual assistant services and grow their business.
    • Promote smooth onboarding experiences that set clients up for long-term success.
    • Nurture strong client relationships focused on mutual growth and satisfaction.
  • Virtual Assistant Success Development
    • Cultivate a team of 5-8 virtual assistants by providing coaching and mentoring to help them achieve exceptional performance.
    • Coordinate professional development plans that advance VA careers while meeting client needs.
    • Provide regular feedback and training to help VAs exceed client expectations.
    • Monitor VA satisfaction and address concerns about workload, client relationships, or career growth.
    • Foster skill development opportunities that benefit both VAs and their clients.
    • Track VA performance metrics and recognize achievements.
  • Success Coordination & Problem Resolution
    • Bridge communication gaps between clients and VAs when misunderstandings arise.
    • Coordinate replacement processes when client-VA matches need adjustment.
    • Develop win-win solutions when conflicts emerge between clients and virtual assistants.
    • Translate client business needs into actionable development plans for VAs.
    • Coordinate cross-training opportunities that benefit multiple clients and assistants.
    • Empower both clients and VAs to feel heard, valued, and successful in their partnerships.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience working as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant for international clients, excellent English communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
