Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Distributor Sales Representative to join our team at Lucky Se7en Inc. in Naga & Albay. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate delivery of products to our accounts, maintaining proper product stocking levels, and facilitating the preparation of products for sale.

Sales Performance

As a successful Distributor Sales Representative, you will deliver sales targets for your section, achieve productivity targets, and identify new or potential accounts in your coverage area. You will also distribute target SKU assortments for specific store types and channels as aligned by Shell, introduce and sell new products to target accounts, and execute trade initiatives and programs deployed by the distributor and Shell.

Collections and Customer Service

You will be responsible for on-time collection of trade receivables based on approved credit terms for your accounts, complete collection of trade receivables based on invoice, reconciling any deductions and providing supporting documents for these. Additionally, you will coordinate with logistics to ensure that orders are delivered based on the quantity and delivery schedule committed to the trade, address account concerns involving the products, programs or services offered, and elevate trade concerns that you cannot address to your Distributor Sales Supervisor and/or Operations Manager.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree holder, experience in Sales is a plus but not required, excellent communication skills both oral and written, a valid driver's license and own motorcycle, and be willing to do field work. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Estimated Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 PHP per month
