Distributor Sales Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Distributor Sales Specialist to join our team at Lucky Se7en Inc. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Coordination: Assist warehouse personnel in ensuring accurate quantities of products being loaded for delivery, and ensure safe and on-time transport of products by road mapping and transport planning.
- Sales and Penetration: Deliver sales targets for his section, regular coverage of the universe of accounts in his assigned area, and achieve productivity targets in his area ensuring that 80% of his account universe purchases monthly.
- Account Management: Identify and open new or potential accounts in his coverage area, distribute the target SKU assortment for specific store types and channels as aligned by Shell, and introduce and sell in new products to target accounts.
- Collections: On time collection of trade receivables based on approved credit terms for his accounts, complete collection of trade receivables based on invoice, reconciling any deductions and providing supporting documents for these.
- Customer Service: Coordinate with logistics to ensure that orders are delivered based on the quantity and delivery schedule committed to the trade, address account concerns involving the products, programs or services offered, and elevate trade concerns that he cannot address to his Distributor Sales Supervisor and/or Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree holder
- Skills and Qualifications: Excellent in communication both oral and written, with valid driver's license and own motorcycle, willing to do field work, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
