We are currently seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via email and ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with previous experience in customer service (email-based preferred). They should also have experience working with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv for order management, as well as basic knowledge of WordPress.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with customers via email in a professional and timely manner
  • Entering and processing orders accurately into the system
  • Maintaining records and updating customer details as needed
  • Working efficiently with QuickBooks Online and Extensiv for order management
  • Providing support with updates and basic management of WordPress (if applicable)

To be successful in this role, candidates should have excellent written English skills and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They should also be able to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
