  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, ensuring that customer interactions are informed and accurate.
\Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in using technology, including software applications and CRM systems.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail setting.
