Procurement Senior Analyst

This is a critical role in our procurement team, responsible for executing strategic sourcing events and managing contracts with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business operations to ensure scope of work completeness and accuracy
  • Implement standardized systems and controls for procurement, including RFx documentation, work authorization, and supplier eligibility criteria
  • Organize and execute national/regional e-sourcing activities for various CBRE accounts
  • Develop and implement contracting and procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain relationships with regional suppliers and contractors, and lead contract negotiations
  • Manage the supplier vetting certification process, ensuring all required experience, legal and organizational structure, financial viability, geographic coverage, insurance requirements, and capabilities are met
  • Collaborate with procurement operations to ensure all suppliers are onboarded for CBRE accounts
  • Establish and manage supplier performance programs
  • Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and partners, driving process improvements within the organization
  • Coordinate regional sourcing processes and practices with internal stakeholders
  • Continuously improve operational excellence within the organization
Requirements:Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering equivalent to a 4-year college program in relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to read, speak, and write to external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex documents
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative skills preferred
