We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team as a Legal Compliance Coordinator. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to navigate complex legal documentation.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, drafting and reviewing corporate governance documents, and providing guidance on corporate structure, tax intersections, and jurisdictional considerations. Additionally, they will assist in contract management, employment law, and business partnership activities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field, such as law, paralegal, compliance officer, or legal administration.
  • Prior work experience in startups, BPOs, legal services, or international firms is an asset.
  • Strong research skills and attention to detail are essential.
