Job Title: Tax Professional - Global Delivery Management Office (DMO) Staff

">

We are seeking a skilled and experienced tax professional to join our team in the Global Delivery Management Office (DMO). As a member of our DMO team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tax compliance services to our clients across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities include coordinating knowledge transfer calls, communicating new client wins, and managing local knowledge transfer meetings to capture specific scope of service. You will also assess outcomes of knowledge transfer meetings to build delivery plans for succeeding years, build project plans for delivery, and set up engagement management tools.

In addition, you will communicate and collaborate closely with assigned onshore managers at every step of the process, coordinate and monitor all aspects of service management and compliance delivery, and prepare reports indicating status, issues, and potential risks in delivery.

You will also coordinate with local EY teams to work through issue resolutions, address ad hoc queries and concerns, and maintain schedules of inter-EY and client billings.
