Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented specialist to manage credentialing and re-credentialing processes for clinicians and facilities.

Main Tasks
  • Complete and maintain credentialing applications for ABA professionals, including BCBAs and RBTs.
  • Submit applications to commercial and Medicaid payers, ensuring timely processing.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of licensure, certifications, background checks, liability insurance, and compliance documentation.
Requirements
  • Credentialing experience in ABA or behavioral health is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of credentialing processes, insurance requirements, and state licensing regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical record systems like CentralReach or Rethink.
