JOB DUTIES:

  • Oversee project execution from mobilization to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate service contracts, installations, troubleshooting, and technical solutions for client needs.
  • Monitor project progress using tools such as Gantt charts and prepare post-project evaluations/reports.
  • Manage inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts, ensuring availability and proper requisitioning.
  • Ensure orderliness, cleanliness, and readiness of technical workshops and project sites.
  • Generate and upsell service contracts, products, and additional services to clients.
  • Handle project-related documentation, including service reports, certifications, budgets, and management reports.
  • Plan and schedule service personnel, including monthly rotations and on-time contract delivery.
  • Train, mentor, and guide assigned staff in improving technical and product skills.
  • Submit required reports, enforce compliance with company policies and safety standards, and perform other tasks as needed.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least a Bachelor's/College Degree on, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent
  • At least 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Valid Driver's License is required, with 2 years of manual driving

Note: You will be trained in Head Office (Mandaluyong) before being deployed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
