We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional to join our remote team as a Cold Calling Representative. The ideal candidate is a skincare enthusiast with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

The representative will be responsible for reaching out to med spas, independent plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and licensed estheticians to introduce them to products, taking orders, answering customer service questions, and maintaining regular contact with existing clients.

The successful candidate will possess a strong ability to work independently, manage time effectively in a remote setting, and demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Cold Calling: Reach out to potential clients to introduce them to products.
    • Customer Service: Answer product questions, provide excellent customer service, and take phone and email orders.
    • Client Check-ins: Conduct monthly check-ins with existing clients to maintain relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify upselling opportunities.
