Talent Acquisition Strategist

At Datamatics Careers in the Philippines, we are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. This role plays a crucial part in identifying and engaging passive candidates, developing talent pipelines, and supporting the recruitment process for various roles.
Job Description:The Sourcing Associate will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications. Utilizing various sourcing methods, such as online job boards, social media platforms, databases, and networking, this individual will identify potential candidates and proactively reach out to them through direct communication.
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
- Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates.
- Proactively reach out to passive candidates through direct communication.
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for frequently recruited roles or high-priority positions.
- Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications to match them with job requirements.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or candidate database.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing channels and build a network of potential candidates.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and talent networking events.
- Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
- Proven experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a corporate or BPO setting.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and online databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and improve.
